My Ps4 turns off or takes me to a black screen. I checked my HDMI cable and port but they look fine. I tried it with a different cable and a Tv and it still takes me to a black screen. I tried to restarting and recycled data and updating system software but it still take me to a black screen. Can someone please help me.

HDD replacement fixed this issue.
