I dropped my Honor 8 last week and now it randomly will shut off even if the battery shows full. Sometimes it will reset settings on my phone and fail to save documents/pictures. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Hi Jaret, it appear that you have been having “quite a few” issues w/ this device. You have raised 2 different questions in the last 3 hours for the same device. frankly, I suggest you replace it w/ a new device, or you could have it repaired but considering the possible cost to cover for the motherboard and possibly the LCD (based on your other post) It might be more practical just to get a new one.
