My microwave is not to be used- it started beeping and saying -SE- and i could not do anything- nothing would work.
On Samsung microwaves the SE error code flashed on display means “Sensor Error”. This means that your humidity sensor has shorted and needs to be replaced. You will need to uninstall the entire unit and remove the outer shell to access the sensor that needs to be replaced. It will be mounted somewhere around one of the vent on the cavity of the microwave. You may contact Sears for the replacement part at 1-800-252-1698; M-F 6:30 AM-10:30 PM - Sat 7:00 AM-9:30 PM - Sun 7:30 AM-9:30 PM - All times Central. What is your model number?
