So since it wasn’t registering the cords being plugged in, I purchased the docking port and replaced it. Chosen Solution I replaced my surface pro 2 screen/digitizer assembly as it was damaged. The unit was working prior to the replacement. Once the new screen was installed I tried to switch on the unit to check the screen was working. I charged it overnight. The unit will not switch on. Chosen Solution After I replaced my iPhone 7 Plus’s front camera and proximity sensor (because I accidentally ripped the first one), the auto brightness has not worked since. I have went into settings to try to manually turn it on and the option isn’t even there. The auto brightness option is now in the Accessibility menu. Go to Settings/Accessibility/Display Accomodations to find it. Your phone may require to be reset in order to recognize the new proximity sensor....
Chosen Solution After replacing my lcd with one of the ifixit screens, I find that during a call - and only during a call - the display heats up, particularly around the top speaker, where your ear is located during a call. This doesn’t happen if I use my phone to for other uses, email/chrome etc. Has anyone experienced this? It’s most likely the front camera assembly being at fault from my experience....

Chosen Solution My r2 button wont work right I have to press it really hard in Battle feild wont work in gta5 . Dont know of this helps or not but…. If your controllers get dropped regularly, like mine do…..take it apart, carefully clean the contacts of the conductive film and it’s respective contacts on the circuit board. I use 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and a few Q-tips. Scrub, but carefully. Then use a clean cloth to buff the film contacts and the board contacts....

Chosen Solution I’ve changed the DC in board and have replaced the battery to no avail. Whenever I plug in the charger I only get the dim green light. I’ve tried another charger and still only get the dim green light on that too. When I replaced the battery it ran fine until obviously the battery ran out of charge. So I then decided to replace the DC in board. It will run without the battery connected to the logicboard when it’s connected to the mains but the fans run at high speed and I have to reset the SMC to get it to boot....
