Chosen Solution The procedure to replace the battery went very well; battery works, laptop powered on, keyboard, mouse, trackpad working ok, except now the wifi is not working. It wont connect to any available network. In fact the icon looks like it is deactivated. I was very careful during battery replacement so I believe I did not touch the wifi card, if anything, I was worried about the trackpad card because it is beside the battery and the adhesive is so tough to take out....
Chosen Solution Tried everything, disk mode, resetting, diagnostics, but the hard drive is very noisey and freezes all the time. Will a replacement hard drive fix this ? Matthew Harvey, it could fix it. Since it is your HDD that is noisy and freezes, it does stand to reason that a new drive will fix it. Chosen Solution So today windows 10 had started disconnecting from the internet, then freezing and rebooting (no bsod) could it be a problem with the systems eMMC drive? (I have tried reinstalling windows multiple times and it has not fixed the problem) Does the problem onlty occur if you try to connect to the Internet? If so, the problem could be your Wi-fF card. Chosen Solution Hi, phone stopped charging. replaced battery, lead power source, and lightning/mic port. phone powers up everything works. plug in various chargers genuine apple products, aftermarket products same thing every time wont accept charger. eventually battery run out, getting another delivered monday.
