HI, Based on evidences I found for this type it can be caused by: Dirty ink inside your tank.pipe leakage on tank side.Head problem (factory defect, rarely happen but I found 1 case) which doesn’t have enough power to suck the ink from the thank. When I plug the TV in, it it immediately tries turning on, the standby light blinks and the backlight kicks on, changes the brightness a couple times, then turns off. I plug in my cord and it used to come up but wouldn’t charge. Now I plug it in & it won’t pop up at all or respond to the usb. With the charger plugged in go slowly along the cable bending it to see at what point the charging light goes out. That is where the break is. If you are able solder you will know what to do....
Chosen Solution My Kenmore 70 Series Heavy Duty washing machine spins but clothes are still soaking wet. I have to turn the dial back to the spin position to force spin more of the water out. I fear it is getting worse as the last load did not spin all the water out after the wash cycle (still at least 6" deep of water) before it started filling the rinse cycle so I had to force it to spin again to get soapy water out, allow it to rinse and spin, and then force spin again....

Chosen Solution When i connect or not connect my phone tp charging it heats and use more battery More than likely the motherboard of the phone has been damaged. This is usually due to water damage corroding the components. It is not safe to use a phone that heats up like that, especially if the battery is heating up. I would disassemble the phone and examine the charging components for corrosion or other damage....
