Yes unfortunately that looks like some irreparable damage to the connector socket on the logic board, which is much harder to fix yourself than a screen replacement.

Chosen Solution The Macbook Pro will not boot. I removed the SSD and can boot the Macbook Pro using a bootable USB stick by holding down the option key at power up. The USB stick has Linux installed on it. This tells me the motherboard is functioning correctly. The SSD is Samsung MZ-JPU256T/OA6. The USB cable can connect by moving the USB slider on the camera. Make sure the devices work. Make sure windows recognises the USB ports (device manager). If yours is the hard drive version of the Inspiron 14-3452 then just upgrade the drive to a larger capacity. People please, use the Internet BEFORE you purchase something. I pulled my fridge out and saw it was coming from a clear/white plastic pipe and dripping into the bottom of the metal part of the fridge.
