The main issue is plugging it in and powering it on, which makes the screen blink on very briefly (perhaps 1/15th of a second?) before showing two red blinks on the front of the unit. Chosen Solution I was drinking my 97 Jeep TJ se between 30-40 mph and it stalled very suddenly. I tried to restart it with no luck. Nothing was leaking and the dash lights, headlights, stereo all stay on strong. When I try to start everything sounds right. I’m getting electric, no rapid clicking noise. Chosen Solution I reinstalled windows and now my sub is all static Check Toshiba support page for drivers, if it was working before and that’s all that changed the wrong or missing driver is your likely suspect. Windows often decides to install incorrect or no drivers.
