Chosen Solution Help! After all my menu keys were not working I decided to clear cache in case that was affecting performance. Only the Power and Volume button were working. To be certain, use a battery utility, such as coconutBattery (for Mac) or 3uTools (for Windows). Anything less than 70% of design capacity will require replacement. If you have access to a USB Ammeter, you could use that to determine if the phone is really drawing current when it says it’s charging....
Chosen Solution So a few days ago, out of nowhere, my tablet shut off and is frozen on the Acer screen. I already tried the reset and factory reset but it refuses to get off that screen!!! Pliss halp!!! Hold down on the power button and the volume down buttons for a 10 sec then do it again for another few seconds.
