Chosen Solution I was wondering are the logic boards sold on ifixit website unlocked? I have Cricket Wireless as a carrier so I am unsure if it would work with the logic boards sold here since they are all AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. Well since they are AT&T, Verizon and Sprint, they are not unlocked. Your best bet is to check ebay as you can find those board there. But its probably easier to get a new phone as if yo were going to buy a mobo here, it would cost $170 USD where you cen get a new 5S for around $200-300 USD and there is no risk in damaging anything inside your phone during the process....

Chosen Solution While using just the left bud, it suddenly got very quiet. I assumed the battery had run down, but it hadn’t. Both buds still work, but the left bud volume is MUCH softer, so as to be unusable. I’m trying to decide if this is a mechanical issue or software issue. Chosen Solution My Starbucks Barista machine has no water coming out. There is plenty of water in tank. Steaming function of machine still seems to work, though not as strong. Tried to follow the priming instructions, but doesn’t help…never get any 4 ounces of water to flow through the steam wand as instructions state. Just a trickle of water, then steam. If you haven’t descaled the boiler within the last few months then you may have some calcium build-up that is constricting the water passages or pump; you’re only getting a little steam out because what little water is making it into the boiler is being vaporized....
Chosen Solution I saw the guide for replacing the clutch written by Sam Omiotek. I am at step 13 where it says to remove the bolt from the end of the crankshaft. But it doesn’t say how to hold the crankshaft. The bolt spins the crankshaft so there’s no torque available to remove the bolt. How do I keep the shaft from spinning while unscrewing the bolt? Help! Chosen Solution –2/14/2013– After completing this DIY, I am seeing occasional (2-3 times per minute) flickering / dimming of the iMac display. It happens for ~1 second and only dims the image; the screen does not turn off completely nor is there any distortion of the image. I can post a video if that is helpful. I was pretty careful to ensure the display cable was properly secured, and the screws holding the display in are uniformly snug....
Chosen Solution I bought a fix it repair kit because the screen was shattered and would stop working randomly. Now that it is replaced the screen still wont work and still glitches. Does the top of the screen have like a grey bar? If yes then the touch IC is most likely at fault and needs to be replaced. Chosen Solution The MagSafe connecter does not even light up, and the MacBook just won’t turn on. This happened after we left a disk in the drive after we turned it off. The disk left in the drive is probably nothing but a coincidence. To troubleshoot a no green light try first disconnecting the battery and plug magsafe back to see if that changes picture. If it doesn’t, you will have to make sure you have a working magsafe first, then check the DC-in board to be on the safe side....

Chosen Solution Inserted new batteries. Batteries are in properly. Battery & mouse contacts are clean. Green power light does not come on. Mouse does not function. You may have some corrosion internally within the mouses logic board. Have you tried opening it to see if you need to do some deeper cleaning? Also you could have a bad solder joint in the power section . Trace the power feeds from the battery compartment with an Ohm meter and don’t forget the switch....
