Chosen Solution The device will charge fully and drain to 50% than die almost instantly… Most likely this is an issue with the connection of the battery. Try disconnecting the battery internally and then reconnecting it.

Chosen Solution Hello! I recently received my new battery from IFixIt and did the replacement myself. I’ve only had the battery for about 3 days now, so I’ve only had about 3 charge cycles completed. Sorry if this is long, but I was wondering if it’s supposed to be draining somewhat fast. The battery will drain 1% in 2-3 minutes with low usage, and is warm depending on the usage. My old battery did the same, but the new one doesn’t really seem as bad as my old battery....

Chosen Solution So I have an IPhone XR with 256GB and the WiFi and Bluetooth greyed-out recently. I don’t really know how but it just happened. Is it the WiFi and Bluetooth antenna or the whole motherboard? Any knowledge is greatly appreciated. If it is greyed out it will have nothing to do with the antennas. The problem will be the Wi-Fi IC. You will need someone with experience in micro soldering to do the repair as this usually requires fixing broken pads under the IC and re-balling the IC or replacing it....
Chosen Solution From my experience: a badly smashed original Apple iPhone screen still works for touch and display. A replacement, after market screen loses much of its touch capabilities once cracked, even by a very small amount. This is true of my phone and a friend’s phone. Is this always true? The replacement screens I/friend had were not from ifixit. If the ifixit screens are more robust then I would consider one but I wonder if all replacement screens lose touch when cracked?...
