If you have a replacement battery, open the device with the proper tools and after you unhook the battery and LCD, check the battery for its size and shape. Chosen Solution Im fixing an LG 55lf6000-ub and after replacing the LED strips and putting everything back together, the screen is doing some funky things. In some areas of the screen, there is a slightly green and ghosting effect that will keep the image for 15 seconds or so. This happens everywhere accept one 1/2 foot line at the top. There is also some light that will bleed from the right side and slowly fade away into the bottom corner....

Chosen Solution After I replaced the screen I noticed the power button was acting up. It would only work if I held it down and would go to the power off screen. also the ipad 2 did not recognize the smart cover. after further inspection I damaged the power volume flex ribbon cable. So I replaced it and the power button works correctly and it recognizes the smart cover. I made sure the lock/unlock" was set to on and tested the smart cover sensor with a magnet but it did not work....

Chosen Solution So I got water speakers about a year ago and several months ago I noticed that only one speaker was shooting water and then the other speaker would stop shooting water even with the volume all the way up. Water Dancing Speakers Refill could be the motor, i have had the same issue with only one of mine (different brand maybe though but still, only one speaker fails, while the other continues to operate)… i have replaced the motor in this speaker 3 times and while they last a while (a few months) they eventually fail… the issue here is, with mine anyhow… is that the DC brushed motor arcs/sparks too much when the speakers are operating at low volume and the motor is trying to run slowly… it burns the brushes out in ‘the motor… anyhow… i have been considering modifying mine with a small amplifier basically to operate the motor at higher speeds at lower volumes… only downside is… with a simple, lets say SCR circuit, the motor will max out at full speed sooner (or at a lower volume than normal)… with a PIC16F84A or similar though… the SCR gate value could be controlled according to the volume level and you could achieve better results over the variations of motor speed in relation to volume

Chosen Solution Should I contact ifixit for a replacement battery? This could be numerous things. Did the device turn on before you put in a new battery? Is there any liquid damage? Have you double checked to see if you maybe received a defective battery? Also, check to make sure your LCD connection is good, sometime this can come loose and won’t turn the screen on, probably a long shot on that one but hope fully it is one of these....

Chosen Solution Tried shifting into forward gear and reverse will not engage @patriceone ,John Wesley Elston jr , Not giving me much to go on here, if automatic check your transmission fluid level, if full OK if not top up and try, still no go, transmission probably damaged internally and needs rebuilt/replaced or you have broken an axle shaft joint and transmission free spinning. If manual transmission, clutch not engaging, clutch plate worn out/pressure plate faulty or both saturated with oil or again broken axle shaft joint(usually you will hear some sort of rattling noise)....

Changing the logic board is basically the same thing as changing the phone itself . If you have access to a logic board then go for it but in most cases its as dear to buy a good logic board as it is to by a whole phone

Chosen Solution The install on this laptop is not that old; it’s from March 1st, give or take. See here for more details on how this machine came to be, if needed. This is the second time it has not properly hibernated - first time was forcefully shut down, and the 2nd incident didn’t even bother properly hibernating - just shutdown without saving the contents to the drive. Even worse now is this issue has cost me battery calibration logging I was doing to see how much life my 73-75% health pack has left since it’s my last battery....

Chosen Solution is it possible to put windows vista on raspberry pi 3B+ I have the requirements I just want to make sure its possible before continuing You could use virtualisation to create a virtual X86 environment to run windows vista in. Although I wouldn’t recommend anything new than vista as the Pi doesn’t have much processing power, compared to pcs that ran it decently. It might work on the new Pi4 though, so maybe give that a go...
