Chosen Solution So I purchased the iFixit iPhone 6 LCD Screen Assembly for replacement of my cracked screen. Installation went well, but oddly enough, at the end when I tried to rescrew the pentalobe screws around the Lightning port, they fell into the holes with no resistance and just spun in place. I assumed the holes weren’t lined up, so I kept trying to adjust the screen to no avail. Then I thought I’d try just putting the screws right in the brackets attached to the screen without the case in between....

Chosen Solution My space bar didn’t work so I replaced the keyboard and it still doesn’t work. Any suggestions? Hey, There is a possibility when you replaces the KeyBoard it was a malfunctioning KeyBoard. Its rare, but it happens. I would say use a USB Keyboard and see if the spacebar works on that. and if it does, its just the keyboard. If it doesnt then it is most likely a software issue....

Chosen Solution So I’ve had this problem before where the SSD wasn’t recognized about a year ago. Replacing the hard drive cable fixed that issue. Now it has happened again, and while i was tinkering, i found that the sad is recognized from the secondary drive bay (where the cd player used to be) and the mechanical hard drive is recognized in the main bay. Im at a loss, the sad is good, I’m using it now, but in this bay the speed is atrocious....

Chosen Solution I took out the 2 bolts to the manafold and the starter will not come out… Are their more than 2 bolts holding it in. All other cables and all are taken off… Hey mate, there should only be a short and a long, 14mm bolts and the two electrical connectors holding it in. Make sure you have removed two 14mm and not 2 10mm bolts. If you have, just give it a bit of a jiggle or lightly tap it with a hammer and use a long pry bar, but be careful not to be too rough....

Chosen Solution Hi, I used TheNatural 2020 kit to replace the superdrive USB unit with a secondary SSD. I then placed the superdrive unit in the external superdrive enclosure which is part of the kit. When I connect the Superdrive to the USB port, the drive does not turn on and does not accept CDs. What can I do to have it working? My Mac is early 2011 with High Sierra OS....

Chosen Solution My washer is not draining, it will in permanent press cycle most times not in regular cycle any suggestions. Not sure of model it’s the basic about 10 years old. Sherry, the common cause for a washer not to spin and drain is a faulty lid switch, but could also be selector/timer switch contacts faulty, pump jammed, etc. If you could find your make and model # and do a google search it could lead you to a known common issue for that model....
