Chosen Solution I charge my phone at night, so when I leave for work the next day, I have a full charge. Before I get off work, my phone is nearly dead. My phone is only a few months old, so I am unsure if this is a battery problem or if my phone is defective. Do I need to try a new battery? I think replacing the battery is the best choice, even though it has not been through many cycles....
Chosen Solution HP Deskjet 3054 All-in-One Printer turns on correctly. I try to print a page and paper gets stuck half 1/4 way into printer. Starts to lightly screech. I checked hp’s website and their printer jam troubleshooting for this printer but the solutions they gave did not work. Anyone know a fix for this ? This is usually a problem with one of the motors, gears or a bad stepper motor....
Chosen Solution It went to the dog screen and stay that way then it shut off and wont turn back on and it wont take a chager it stas black or goes to the chagering screen but wont charge Does the computer see it when its connected? Try a new charge cable first then move on to a new battery if the cable didnt work . If that doesnt work we need to inspect the charging port look for dirt of debris inside the port ....
Chosen Solution Hi there, my late 2011 MB pro’s wi fi finally gave up last week so I took apart, ordered a new airport / Bluetooth card but still nothing. I investigated further and realised that two of the 3 cables running along the hinge on the screen had been worn away. I’m trying to find a replacement part but can’t seem to see these? Chosen Solution Hi, Got an iPad Air send in by a customer few days ago. Glass is slightly broken and WiFi cannot be turned on. Biggest issue is the WiFi. Tried every possible solution i could find on the web, but unfortunately nothing seem to help. Replaced the WiFi antenna, problem not solved. Ordered a 2nd WiFi antenna and put it in, doesnt work either. Anyone had the issue / knows a solution?...

Chosen Solution Dropped my laptop, nothing broke, but now my wireless adapter is missing and can’t be found in the device manager or in the wireless connections screen. My wireless button is orange instead of its normal blue light and clicking it doesn’t change it to the blue light. All that is showing in the Network Adapter of my Device Manager is my ethernet (Realtek RTL8102E/8103E Family PCI) and not my Wireless LAN which used to show....
Chosen Solution I am helping a friend troubleshoot a Philips HTS3306/F7 blu ray player. When the power button is pressed the unit will have “Philips” scroll across the display screen twice, then shut down. After it shuts down it will not power on again for a few approximately 10-15 minutes. The unit has sat unused for approximately 18 months. Chosen Solution I was replacing the entire screen and went to the iFixit video as a guide. The video did not show the battery disconnection step, they go directly to the screen disassembly. Being that I was following the video, I did not disconnect the battery, and now it does not boot. The phone is stuck with the white logo. Any suggestions? It’s seems you have fried one of the major components of the logic board....
Chosen Solution Hi there My switch sometimes displays on the TV, but once I start up a game and start playing at, it will stop outputting signal and my TV say no signal. My friends switch works fine in my dock, I tried everything. Unplugging the dog using a different plug in, using different HDMI ports and chords different official AC adapter, nothing. I saw a video from a YouTuber called my mate Vince and he was trying to repair a switch with the same issue as me he replace the USB c port and it did not work for him....
Chosen Solution Hi, I just changed the LCD cable and the webcam is no longer detected. Can’t seem to fix a cable for webcam or troubleshoot it. Unplug the webcam from the computer, then plug it back into the computer. You may also want to try plugging the webcam into a different USB port than it was plugged into previously. If unplugging and replugging do not work, unplug the webcam again....
Chosen Solution My mavic pro says that there is EMI when i know theres not. I’ve moved to different locations and it says the same thing any suggestions on how to fix it? You may want to see if there’s any EMI shields that are loose inside; they look like small stamped sheets of metal. Please be aware that iFixit’s teardowns are NOT replacement guides, and using a teardown is not recommended since iFixit has no method of putting the device back together reliably, nor are consumables, like adhesives, available....

Hi, If it boots up OK every time when on the charger but not when on the battery only, more than likely the battery is failing and needs to be replaced. Chosen Solution I am in the middle of replacing my screen on my phone and it isn’t showing anything on the screen so I plugged it in to see if anything comes on the screen but it just stays black and after a couple of minutes I guess collecting a charge it keeps making the charging sound but when I switch it to viberate it does viberate except when it’s the charging viberate and it makes the sound every 5 seconds....
