You could also try to carefully use a pin or toothpick and pick away at the cake being careful not togo to deep and damage the speaker more....

Chosen Solution I replaced the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus yesterday with the kit from iFixit. The screen looks great. The front camera works great. Taptic Engine and Touch ID still work. But now I’ll be scrolling through reddit or instagram and my screen will go black and reboot/restart. It never did that before. I would re-install the original screen to see if it behaves the same way. If it does, then you may have damaged something on the logic board during your repair....
