Chosen Solution My computer won’t work unless it is connected to the charger. If it is off the charger, the computer will not power up. It may be time to change batteries. or the power input port may be partially broken to not letting the battery charge. HP are easy to change as they are usually a plug in on the motherboard and not solder on . Hope this helps...
Chosen Solution I replaced my iPhone 6s screen recently and when I turned it on the battery had drained from somewhere around 60% down to 10%. It’s done this after replacing the screen or disconnecting the battery before, but the charge usually goes back up after a minute of being on. This time it did not. So I plugged it in while I tested out the new screen and thought the picture quality looked worse than the previous screen, which I got from iFixit last spring....
Chosen Solution Hi guys, After my day one ps4 gave me the blue light of death I thoroughly cleaned it from top to bottom, including the fan and the heatsink, changed the thermal paste and added washers under the apu clamp. My ps4 worked as good as new. Fast forward few weeks later i got the Blue light of death again, tightened the screws and it worked again but this time the fan went crazy....

Hi @sarahrose , What is the make and model number of the mp3 player? Since it works OK when it is plugged in but doesn’t when it is not, it may be that since you haven’t used it for a while that the battery has become depleted beyond recovery (charging it won’t help) and needs to be replaced
Chosen Solution I have been trying some ways to fix the problem by turning it off and back on but it’s still not working the last time I was able to use it was the 2/28/16. It looks like Apple has a help page that may have the info you need? They suggest checking the time and date settings, checking network connections, and updating to the latest version of iOS.

Now no light appears and I know its not the charger because I have tried it on my tablet, which charges using the same cable. There are several possibilities to solving this issue. Chosen Solution Hi I have a MacBook Air Mid 2011 the only way I can get it to start is if I unplug the Magsafe adapter and then disconnect the battery. which is a pain as you have to remove the base. I then reconnect the adapter and the Air will start. I can also reconnect the battery and that charges ok. I also can remove the Magsafe once running and the Air runs on battery fine....
Chosen Solution ok i have a Dell Dimension 5150 / E510 i first had the problem that i could not get my desktop to power up none at all ok so i went through the process of checking everthing then bought all new parts , new power supply, new memory ,new io panal and new cpu , so i went ahead an bought a new motherboard as well when it didnt fix the power up problem, but now it will power up and the power button is an amber color and it does not show the start up screen anymore an its just black a black screen....
Chosen Solution So last afternoon, i decided to open my pc up, right when it said: Starting windows… it automatically switch to the start up repair thing (OS: Windows 7) and it does nothing i checked the repair logs, it said: “Registry Corrupted" but i did fixed it thanks to some youtube tutorials, then it still switch to the startup repair even tho it clearly says: “Boot status indicated that the os booted succesfully” while it does not, i searched it on google and the only solution i found is system restore or something like that, but i dont have any of these kind so im kinda screwed All data stored in pc are quite important and i cant lose it, i really need helps and ill really appreciated it, thanks!...
Chosen Solution Tried installing only Windows, cub linux, android, and ubuntu. My computer won’t boot from any other os except for mac os. I can boot from cub linux if i use boot from first hard disk option from the cd i can load a differen’t os. Do I need a different bootloader? If i do, how would i download and install one. MacAttacker252 is also me. Boot Camp – Apple’s technology for multibooting systems – only supports Windows....
Chosen Solution I’m having the same problem also with Kenmore 70 series washer, with the addition of small specs of soap particles left on clothing. I would also add I’m having a loud clacking sound during the spin cycle and washer has overflowed intermittently during the start. I replaced lid switch and water pump thinking that would take care of it, but still having these problems. Is this a new installation?...
Chosen Solution My Blu Vivo 5R has been stuck in a Restart / ‘Starting Android - optimizing app 1 of 1’ loop for several hours. The battery cannot be removed and I can’t find any workable solutions to reboot or access factory settings. I installed 2 new apps this morning (MyFitnessPal, Strava) and this has been happening since about an hour after that. Can anyone help?! If I could just get to the main screen I can uninstall the apps that seem to have caused the problem, but it won’t get that far in loading....

Chosen Solution I have a macbook late 2011. It was working good. In the last 20 days i am seeing some strange behaviour in the display screen. The screen shows some bulging lines. Not sure this is due to Sleep mode heating issue in bootcamp. The strange this is, earlier it was having only one patch of line. Chosen Solution I recently replaced my cracked screen. I haven’t had any problems with my phone at all. It charged, and I could call and send/receive text messages. Then, I went to a party without bringing my charger, and it was dying. When I looked at my phone it was dead. I plugged it in, and nothing happened. The Apple logo would just show up. After a while, it would turn on— but the date would say that it’s December 31, and it was constantly searching for 100% battery life....
Chosen Solution My tablet doesn’t have any sound, but if it does it is very choppy!! Also, the sound works with the headphones! However, I don’t think that it was water damaged! Louanna, if you are sure the settings are not on mute, try rebooting a couple times and see if that fixes volume. If no luck you can try a hard/factory reset, but you will loose all data on the tablet....
