Chosen Solution Hello, I just exchanged the screen on my iPhone and it worked very well at first. It was then sent into a boot loop because of the camera cable so I unplugged it. After that the touch stopped working so i tried cleaning the connector with 91% alcohol and waited for it to evaporate before plugging the cable back in. After a while the phone turned off and now it won’t turn on again....
Chosen Solution I’ve had the roomba 692 for less than 6 months, but it won’t charge anymore on the charging doc. Is it the charging dock that’s the problem, or is it the roomba’s charging pad or motherboard. I am going to send it in to get it repaired, but would like to see if i could figure it out myself. You can check if there is a problem with the power outlet where you have plugged your charging station....

Chosen Solution my transmission wont shift out of park its a 1999 chevy pickup could be the steering column lock . try wiggling the steering wheel around while moving the gear shift . or it could be the brake safety switch. there’s a switch on the brake peddle that activates the brake lights it also releases the shift lock. when the brake lights dont work the lock sometimes wont however it could also be the actuator for the safety lock on the column Hope this helps
Chosen Solution I was trying to replace my lvds cable yesterday and I heated the bezel to remove it, however once I turned the computer back on, I was left with a yellow spot where I heated the screen? Anybody know how I could fix this? Thank you! How hot was your heat gun? It’s probably permanent heat damage. A replacement is going to cost $150-$300 depending on quality, or $379 from iFixit if you don’t trust other vendors....

Chosen Solution I replaced the earphone jack on the iPod touch. I can now hear music via the earphone jack but the internal speaker is now not being bypassed. Any ideas?? 3.5mm headphone jacks have a mechanical bypass. A contact inside the jack bridges across allowing the audio to continue to another pin. When you stick the male connector into the jack it pushes back this contact and transfers to the headphones....
Chosen Solution Replaced the port twice now. If the 11 Pro Max is on speakerphone and they are talking, if the other person begins talking at all they will cease being able to hear them until they stop talking. Have yet to find a solution to this issue. If you have tried two different charging ports I would next try updating the phone to rule out software. If it doesn’t fix the problem the next step would be to install the logic board into another known good housing if the problem is still there it will be a board issue if the problem is solved it will be a parts issue which would point to the charging port assembly....
Chosen Solution I have a 2005 Gulf Stream class A motor home on a Ford V-10 chassis. I went to take the motorhome out and the speedometer doesn’t work but the odometer and trip meter do. Can anyone tell me what the problem may be and where the part is located to fix this problem. I did try and replace speed sensor in the rear end but didn’t fix the issue I’m sure its something easy to fix but hoping someone else has had this issue Update (05/30/2019) Ok just for anyone else out there having this issue with your speedometer I had to send it out and have it repaired apparently this is a issue with a lot of different instrument clusters but this was my CLUSTER/SPEEDOMETER number 3C3F10849MA they had to replace some internal parts but now is working again like it should and at a great price....
Chosen Solution I have a 94 Chevy 1500 4x4. The previous owner swapped in a mild build carbureted 350. The wiring was never done correctly and I don’t have a speedometer or fuel level. Fuel level is stuck on full and nothing on the speedometer. Where does the cable run too and from and how can I see if it’s busted? Or is it something electrical? Fuses? Stuff like that? I have no idea....
Chosen Solution Hi, Bought an iPod Touch 4 on eBay to fix and only through the loud speaker there is a hissing / static sound when the device boots, is locked, receives an incoming call or on notifications. This doesn’t happen through the headphones and music and keyboard clicks play fine through the loud speaker. I have restored the device 3 times with no success. Another thing to note is that the backlight doesn’t work (Due to the coil and IC I think) but I don’t think its related as music and other sounds work....
Chosen Solution I have an Ipod Classic 160gb and I was scrolling through the play list. I set it down for about 10 seconds and picked it back up to scroll again but the screen stayed black. I could hear the clicking as it scrolled through the play list. After a couple of seconds more it stopped making the click sound. The battery was fully charged. Help? Chosen Solution Does anyone have any experience with how the various lengths of time the phone spends at the Apple logo before resetting itself, relates to potential faults? I’m working with an iPhone X that has had water damage (steam ingress, not a direct dunking). By itself the phone shows the apple logo for 4 seconds, before resetting. If I unplug all the various flex cables besides the power button and screen, it shows the logo for 1 minute 50 seconds before resetting....

Chosen Solution My bush 42inch television has just started to turn the picture off after 10/15 minutes but the sound still stays on how can I fix this? its possible that your back light is turning off either due to a problem with the power supply, inverter, or the lamps them selves. Try shining a flash light and see if you can see a faint image on the screen. that will tell you if it is the backlight....
Chosen Solution I have a D-Link DI-624 router. However, as of the last year, it has started acting strangely. The hardwired ethernet connections are fine, but anything running on the wireless tends to lose the connection after anywhere from 10-40 minutes. What makes this so strange is that airport still shows it to be connected. The only way to fix the problem is to turn the wireless card in the computer off, then turn it back on....

When I press one button, the camera behaves as though I had pressed another. This can be due to one of 3 possibilities. The first possibility is that there is a physical defect like a dimple, divot, or crease in the LCD touch screen that is causing the touch screen to register that defect as a button press instead of your actual button presses....

HELP ME! this is where the smoke is coming from @jomamamarie you posted a picture of the brushes and commutator of your motor. If that is where the smoke originates from you could have bad/worn brushes or a short on the armature windings. Remove the brushes and check their length....
