Chosen Solution My mother was using the hairdryer and she said it just turned off and wouldn’t turn back on. She can’t figure out what is happening and I don’t know anything about hairdryers, can someone please tell me what is wrong with it? Also, what can I do to make sure this not happen again, because my mom is very bad with these types of things and I live too far away to drive to help her every time this happens....

Chosen Solution Whenever I use my laptop for an hour or so it starts to get hot, especially below the keyboard and mouse, and then it suddenly shuts down without warning. I don’t want to throw away my computer, how can I fix this? For this specific computer, the NP-130 Samsung. The fan tends to be smaller than your usually laptop computer. The circulation inside that cools the computer is weak and can cause heat, which makes the computer shut down completely....

Chosen Solution My HtC Desire 816 just stopped charging. I havent had any problems before, and it was holding a charge just fine until yesterday. Now it wont turn on or charge. I did not injure it in any way. What can I do? Hi, Have you tried a different charger, or a different charger cord? Try connecting it to a computer and see if it starts to charge. Chosen Solution My phone will not turn on Hi @beast101 , What have you tried to do to make the phone turn on? Have you tried connecting a charger to the phone? Does the phone give an indication that it’s charging if you do? Does it turn on with the charger connected? Try removing the battery from the phone for a minute, reinserting it and then try to turn the phone on....

Chosen Solution So whenever I put it to charge it says that it is charging but the percentage doesn’t increase Hi @theguy3842 , Have you tried a different compatible charger or tried connecting the tablet to computer and checked if it showed that it was charging OK, you didn’t say? Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to visually inspect the tablet’s charge port to make sure that there isn’t any lint or other obstruction in the port enclosure that may be preventing a good electrical connection....

Chosen Solution I’m not sure it if anyone can point me in the right direction as to what the problem may be. My integrated dishwasher intermittently makes a metal ’twang’ noise as the door opens. This hasn’t affected how the door actually opens, i.e. It doesn’t feel heavy nor does it drop only concern is the noise. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Many thanks My first guess would be that the spring hat helps lift the door is getting caught on something....

Chosen Solution The fan on my iMac Intel 27" is so loud and I wonder how to fix it I wouldn’t just drop lubricant on the fan. If the fan is clogged with dust or nicotine it will slow it down even more. If you can access the fan use some 91% (or 91-99%, do not use anything with a lesser percentage as they can be conductive and if accidently dropped onto a system / logic board can cause electronic components to short out) Isopropral (rubbing / the white NOT green stuff) alcohol and a brush to clean away the dust and debris then add about 2 drops of 3 and one oil down in the center where it gets inside of the fan housing....

Chosen Solution Hi. I recently got an iphone 6s and it doesnt have sound. Volume keys works but the volume bar is gone, and its not stuck on headphones mode. I replaced the loud speaker and that didnt fixed it, also when calling “speaker” button is greyed out so i cant press it, ear speaker working fine. Camera is not working too, the app is loading fine but the camera freezes a lot and i cant take pictures or record but it works in PANO and Time Lapse modes....

Chosen Solution My Xiaomi Mi Mix showed low battery sign so I plugged it in to charge. The phone immediately went off. Chosen Solution I recently upgraded my MacBook Pro 13" Retina display (early 2015) hard drive to 480 gigs, which was done by a friend who has replaced 3 of his apple hard drives with no issues. After installation the keyboard would not work. He did not know a lot about the inner workings of things related to the keyboard so we took it to a local Apple technician. (Keep in mind, I was with my friend the whole time and at NO time did he go anywhere near the keyboard area, which is on the opposite side of the computer) When the Apple tech looked at the ribbon that connects to the keyboard, he saw that the zif lock was missing and also the flap that covers it when the laptop is sealed....
