Chosen Solution My vacuum stops working when I want to use the wand to suck stuff up. It work fine when vacuuming carpets. Hi Alw, The vacuum is likely shutting off because the safety switch is being activated. This can happen when suction is lost or something is preventing the beater bar from rolling. I would suggest flipping the vacuum over and removing the big plastic screws. Clean the beater bar (the cylinder with bristles) and try to see if it fixes the issue....

Chosen Solution When I plugged my type c in all it made was a weird static noise, I then brought it to a repair shop and the guy said that he motherboard snapped from faulty design. I did a bit more research and found out it could also just be the type c. I looked under the rubber feet where the screws to open it are and only one (one I removed the rubber feet residue from) was not covered, I could clearly see the other one was not removed....
