However, you have to desolder/solder it on a flex cable so be careful not to damage the flex as you could then lose Touch ID. Chosen Solution My UE Boom has it’s bluetooth light signal permanently lit on. Holding it down doesn’t affect it, nor does holding down the power button, nor does attempting a factory reset. I don’t believe there’s anything wrong with the battery because the bluetooth light is still lit. The speaker went ‘dead’ (although is still bluetooth lit up) in the middle of a song so I’m not sure what could’ve happened to it....
