Chosen Solution Recently replaced the clearly bad heating element in the dishwasher (had a callous looking thing on it and broke right in half when we pulled it out), and then ran a multimeter on the new one (got good continuity) and put the new one in. Still coldish water (do NOT heat up my water in the sink first). Still cool water in the tub. Checked the high limit thermostat and it too seemed to work fine (at least had continuity)....

Chosen Solution why is the startup menu poping up without Hi @idokopat Go to http://www.keyboardtester.com/ Launch keyboard tester to check your keyboard keys. Monitor if the Win Key is activated, If so, it could be due to stuck key and Try remove the keyboard from the laptop and see if the problem persists. Clean up the keyboard from dust and use an eraser to erase the contacts of the LVDS cable… reinsert and try again....

They provide continuous clock and alarm operation and save your radio presets in the event of a power failure. The iH9 requires power from a wall socket to function, so plug the speaker in to a wall socket via the power chord.

I am replacing the screen in order to access some apps that are still on my phone with data/pictures on them that I need. Will my phone data be reset to factory settings if I replace the screen or will everything be exactly the same as it was before I replaced the screen?...

Chosen Solution I just (very carefully) disassembled and reassembled my 27 inch mid 2011 iMac and now it will not even try to do anything when I press there power button. I have double checked that everything is plugged in. I had removed the GPU and hit it with a heat gun for a few minutes as the machine would not make it past halfway on the Apple Logo no matter what....

Chosen Solution Will the phone turn on and show a display while only being plugged into a computer or wall socket? i have been doing a housing mod and broke the battery connector, after putting the phone back together and plugging it in, it wont turn on and i need to know if its the battery not being plugged in or i have &&^&@@ something else up When there is no battery connected to an iPhone, and you plug it in to the wall, or computer, the Apple logo should display for a few seconds, and then go off, and then come back on, then off, like a boot loop, as it can’t see the battery, so won’t boot....

Chosen Solution I have the problem that when I close the lid it will not go to sleep at all. In fact, if I put the computer to sleep and close the lid it will spring back to life. So, I don’t think my sensor is completely faulty. But, I do believe it is functioning backwards? I also don’t completely understand your testing method. Chosen Solution My laptop isn’t charging for some reason. I’ve made sure that the power chord is plugged in properly and my computer shows that it is charging on screen, but the battery percentage never goes up no matter how long I leave the computer charging. Since the charger is showing that energy is actually coming to the computer and it powers on, the charger seems to be working just fine....

Chosen Solution I recently go new EarPods and they were working fine until one day I plugged them out. When I went to plug them back in, they wouldn’t go in fully! I searched the headphone jack for anything suspicious and there is this weird dot on the side near the top of the headphone jack. I tried to get rid of it with a needle, but it isn’t budging! If you mean the charging dock, and it can’t be fixed by bending the prongs back in place using fine tweezers (while iPod is off), then yes it can be changed....
