The skin/fur could be weighing your pingu down, try flipping him on his back or try to hold him up, and see if he’ll move. If he does, this means that he’s slightly to heavy for the motor to move....

It is part of your fuel pump module assembly and is inside the tank. There should be an access panel on the right side of the trunk where you could get to the pump module. There is also the possibility that this is related to the gauge itself....

Tried shutting down other devices, but still wont hold the wifi signal for more than 2 minutes. Try installing the app “WiFi Manager” from the play store.
