I also noticed while reassembling the two middle connector cables did not have a click sound like the others. What could be wrong ? Was the screen you received pre-assembled meaning it came with the front camera, earpiece and large metal plate behind screen? Reflashing the NAND will only be useful when upgrading to a higher capacity NAND. It won’t help with removing activation lock. Which requires transferring more than just the NAND, the CPU, Baseband needs to be transferred from one board to another as well....
