Chosen Solution I got the macbook yesterday, and it was working fine. I went to get an SSD and a ram upgrade at a local hardware store. I got the SSD and the salesman tried installing numerous ram modules to see what worked. Repeatedly swapping them till one combo of a 1067 and a 1600 MHz worked. As i used it and saw it was indeed functional, it crashed immediately. It refused to boot-up since then even after swapping the original 2GB kit back in....

Chosen Solution Hi I had an issue in my battery which swallowed and runs out quickly , so I changed it six months ago , After almost one month it didn’t work until it plugged in if I take it off it suddenly die and start showing this message in the battery icon “replace now” indicator in the left side full green light, the cycles are 68 . Chosen Solution Hi there. I’ve got a 2017 A3 whose usb port i was replacing,but unfortunately spilled flux to the mic hole nearby and i think i broke the mic. Can i swap this over with the speakerphone mic,instead of waiting for a new one? Also,how resistant are these mics to heat? Could heat have broken it and not the flux? (didnt push heat through the hole,though. It had kapton on that side....

Chosen Solution Turn signal works normal on left side, but it blinks rapidly on right side and only the front light blinks. Hi Dennis, A rapidly blinking turn signal often means that the light bulb is about to burn out. Try replacing the bulbs and see if that fixes your problem. Chosen Solution Occasionally my GoPro will stop recording in the middle of a shot. I often don’t know which videos stopped recording until later when I go through the footage. Is there anything I can do so that the recording doesn’t stop? When using a micro SD card, it will fragment over time no matter how much storage it has. This means that you can have no files on your SD card and yet this fragmenting will interrupt the high transfer rates required to film in such high resolutions....

And every time i plug it on my computer the itunes appear and the iphone is on recovery mode and the screen is black. Did you disconnect the battery prior to removing or re-installing the screen connectors? If not, then you may have damaged the backlight circuit. Chosen Solution So last night I threw my phone (iPhone 6) down on the couch and I missed and it flew across the room and hit the wall. Chosen Solution My LG G4 screen got cracked so i wanted to replace its digitizer, i took out all the components and swapped them over to the new digitizer and the left half of my screen is displaying a black screen. Chosen Solution Hi everyone, I bought a basic Uniden landline today and a Plantronics headset both from officeworks. Phone plugged in to modem router into phone port. Phone works great. Clear sound. When I plug the headset into the phone (unplug handset and connect it to headset) I get major static. I took the headset back, got the next level Plantronics headset. Chosen Solution If my phone was to be in a furnace which burns at around 1200 degrees celsius, for about four hours would all the data and memory be destroyed from the NAND Flash Memory Chip that is inside? I am wondering if I am able to get the data back if the chip is still in tact. It is not just the NAND you have to worry about. To be able to retrieve your data the CPU and the EEPROM must also be undamaged as they are tied together and all three are needed....

Chosen Solution I have followed the guide from ifixit to replace my MacBook Pro 15" Unibody Mid 2009 Upper Case. I followed everything very carefully. I am a very technical person and do lots of IT support in my job. I have followed the guide and was able to do the swap under 2 hours. When I turned on my macbook pro all I get is gray screen and fans spins loudly....

Chosen Solution I recently changed the screen on an Ipad Air using ifixit parts. Never really had a problem before but now this one Ipad is not showing charging. I am wondering if I accidently hit something inside. Does the Ipad air have the gas gauge that I have been reading about? Or what else do you think I should check out? Chosen Solution The iPod charges sort of ok. I will plug in the charger and after like 30s it will start charging. If i plug it into my computer itunes doesnt see it at all. Should I replace the logic board? I swapped the mobo out for an 820-1975-A mobo. Granted the hdd was 60gb, it still worked and all 60gb were seen by the iPod. Connects to itunes and charges too...

Chosen Solution I have an Xperia Z3 to repair but it looks odd to me. The signal flex cable was damaged and I have sourced a replacement but both the new and old cables seem to have female connector ends. This would be ok but the two board connector sockets would then need to be male and only one is. Am I missing something here or is the a missing adaptor of sorts?...
