Chosen Solution my adapter is in good condition check for dust or lint build up in the dock connector. its really common for fabric and dust from pockets to get clogged in the connector, preventing the cable from seating properly. Other than that, its probably a problem with the dock connector (possibly liquid or just wear and tear). have you tested your charger and cable with another device at all?

They only work with the cable but I wanna use the wireless. What can I do? I tried both the reset methods to no avail. Chosen Solution At boot w/ or w/o battery, hard drive starts to spin, then stops, fan continues to blow, no chime. On repeated attempts, power cord light changes from green to orange, fan starts then stops. Sort of sounds like I do before coffee in the morning. Is anything on the screen, i.e. is it completely black, or does it light up? The change of the AC adapter color without a battery installed could indicate that the AC adapter is bad, or that DC-in is bad....
Chosen Solution Will that pin cause an issue if I replace the display, its an samsung galaxy s5 neo which has been dropped from 3rd floor, still works though but display is dead @udduudduudud yes it will. That is the display connector and all the pins are being used. You can try and gently bend it back in place or you will have to do a board repair by replacing the connector....
