Chosen Solution I changed the LCD on my 2011 MBA. Everything seemed fine. When I put the webcam cable on, the connector fell off so I replaced it with an I/O board from a 2009 MBA. After that, the MacBook air is super slow to boot and when I finally get to finder the cursor is sluggish and everything is lagging. So I put back the original I/O board. Chosen Solution First your displays speakers (f you have the newer Cinema display) are feed from the displayPort connection via the Thunderbolt port off your system. So when you have a USB connection in addition to the displayPort’s you’ve confused your computer which path to send the sound through! So what happens here is your sound is taking a different route to the speakers which is slower! Which is why the sync is off between the mouth movement and the voice....

Chosen Solution After replacing my fan, I turned on my MacBook Air and the fan was loud. I tried the smc reset but my led light on my charger isn’t working either. Nothing something seems to work. Chosen Solution so my iPad is dead, and I charge it. every single time when it hits 1% it start the ipad. and then it just turns off because the battery ran out. and then when it charge to 1% it just goes in a loop It might be simply the battery worn out and doesn’t take charge anymore. Make also sure you’re using the right charger, a 1A charger as that for the iPhone wouldn’t be enough to charge an iPad flat battery....
