Since, I could only power up the device with MagSafe connected, despite the battery being completely charged (the indicator on MagSafe was green and indicator on device illuminated 8 of 8 dots). Chosen Solution I just installed a battery and screen on my iPad. Everything worked, the screen was correctly placed and sticking. Went back later and the screen had lifted near the connections. The cables were pushed out of the way. The screen then pulled away from the area with slight pressure. I cleaned the edge with scrapers before installing the new screen. I suspect your issue is with the flexes (see below) but here are some best practices… iPads can be really frustrating to work on and the iFixit guides, while great for disassembly, really don’t cover all the intricacies of re-assembly....

Chosen Solution Dryer is stuck on “jeans” cycle with 54 minutes time lit up. I have never used this cycle. Red light is on between more and less. Red light flashing check lint screen. Took dryer lint screen area apart and thoroughly cleaned it along with flex hose. We unplugged the dryer over night. When plugged back in, same error message occurred. The control is working normally when it adjusts the estimated cycle time....
Chosen Solution The only issue that my laptop had before this was that the battery drained extremely quickly whenever the ac adapter wasn’t plugged in, with the adapter plugged in, it would work fine. When I tried to turn it on today, it wouldn’t turn on, even with the ac adapter plugged in, the power button wouldn’t even light up. Chosen Solution I purchased a Macbook Core 2 Duo second hand. Issue is that it only seems to boot into safe mode otherwise it loads then boots to a grey screen. When booting from a USB it will show a portion of the graphical installer but upon diving deeper to the install page it will boot into a grey screen again. I am honestly stumped as I have reset the PRAM, I have tried removing the battery and booting, Disk Utility and Onyx both say everything is fine....
