Chosen Solution My Xbox One Controller will only work if it’s plugged into a power source. It doesn’t matter how many times I change the batteries it won’t turn on it unless it is plugged into the Xbox. Wanted to know if there was a fix for it or if it is something that I am just going to have to deal with. Chosen Solution No glass debris in the camera modules, and this doesn’t look like a focus problem anyway. Telephoto lens is much better but still fogged (checked using portrait). I used a lot of heat to remove the remaining glass surrounding the cameras; I even burnt the screen and it’s yellowed on the corner now. Is it possible I melted the camera lens? A new replacement is on the way, but has this happened to anybody else?...

Chosen Solution spacebar stopped working. no spills, not a hardware issue. when spacebar is pressed spotlight comes up this happens without the command spacebar being pressed. Check your command key. It is possible that something is pushing down on the button in between the key. If not then check your Bluetooth settings and replace the batteries of the keyboard to see if that may be a problem. If possible try using another keyboard and see if it gives you a problem with the space-bar, if so then it could be a software setting, maybe in accessibility settings....

Chosen Solution I have a 55” Roku 4K TCL TV. The internal boards were changed by a qualified tech to repair a problem. Unfortunately, after the repair the TV is now stuck with a double image on the screen. It’s like the screen has been split down the middle and the images are identical on the left and right sides of the screen. This tv had all the internal boards changed by a qualified service tech to repair a problem, but he left me with this worst problem....

Chosen Solution Hi, I have 2015 MacBook Pro with an upgraded SSD, a Samsung 970 Pro M.2 SSD. I update Mac OS to 11.1 and want to made clean install. Tried to boot in recovery mode, but Disk Utility doesn’t recognize the SSD. In terminal with command “diskutil list” I see only SD card and recovery 2GB disk and bunch of small partitions about 500kb. When I boot the system I can see the SSD and system working fine....

I tried to rest NVRAM, but it is still white screen after I released the buttons and hear the second chime. Then I thought it might be a hard drive cable problem, I replaced it with a new one. Chosen Solution My iPod classic has developed a lot of static when playing music on my iPod dock @pajeff Sounds like you are having issues with the dock connector on the bottom of the iPod. Check it for bend pins, corrosion and debris. Clean it with some isopropely alcohol and a soft brush followed by some puffs of compressed air to clean it. Then try again. If that does not work you may have to consider replacing the connector....

Chosen Solution I broke my lg g2 screen. so i ordered (not original) lcd+digitizer from ebay. The outcome was these strange vertical lines .. Faulty lcd or something else? Make sure that they are properly seated and that the pins are not bend or broken. Ultimately it looks like a bad panel and contact the vendor for a replacement

Chosen Solution I recently got an iBook from a friend, but it had no power adapter. I recently bought one and it booted up fine. When it logs me in, it opens up the desktop, but right after that, it completely shuts down. I tried taking out the battery and booting on AC power alone and it worked like a charm. Chosen Solution Has always mad a wirring sound. Stops playing for 10 seconds then resumes. Was only stopping when plugged into computer but is now doing it in my car as well. Both my work and home computer advise me to “scan and fix” when I plug it in. Unfortunately if I do this it wipes all the music off. Sometimes is slow to respond to commands. Example-I push play on the dial and it will take several seconds to start playing....

Chosen Solution I thought that the beeping was because of the ram but I replaced it and it still kept beeping. DID YOU INSTALL PC3L (DDR3L) RAM? Haswell and Broadwell both require 1.35V RAM and cannot officially accept 1.5V RAM, as it can damage the memory controller (integrated into the CPU). Dell specifically blocks DDR3L machines from continuing POST VERY EARLY if 1.5V RAM is installed for this exact reason. In addition to that, some of the “DDR3L only” Dell motherboards are picky about mixed RAM and only like it one way, or not at all with that mixed pair....

If there is no sound when using earphones have you checked the audio settings in your tablet? Chosen Solution My tablet will not respond to button or touchscreen input. If the device is completely unresponsive, utilize the reset button located on the back of the tablet. Chosen Solution My screen is on but my touchscreen won’t work. Depending on the reason there are a couple of different solutions. If the screen is frozen, it will need to be rebooted. Either by holding the power button down for 10 seconds, or the power button and “volume down” button at the same time for 10 seconds. After it restarts, the touchscreen should be working. If it’s still not working, the digitizer may need to be replaced....
