Chosen Solution Ive tried everything and nothing will work even if i boot tethered via redsn0w the pineapple boot logo comes up and stays just like the apple. What the ^#%! could it be?? You could have easily damaged the display chip or LCD when messing with the cables while the phone was on. Try this, connect everything except the #3 ribbon and reboot/turn on the phone. See if this helps....
Chosen Solution Have to keep adapter on due to laptop not shutting off when I complete using it and I close the screen. Can look through some of the ports and see power is still on. Have you checked the power options settings for when the lid is closed to see if it set for “shutdown” and not some other setting such as do nothing, hibernate or sleep?...
Chosen Solution Hi guys, so im in a bit of a pickle and need some advice. I have a mid 2014 2.5ghz 16gb 2gb ram 512gb ssd , slowly over the past month loosing the ability to charge. Its been dodgy for a while and now has packed up charging totally. Annoyingly as the computer works perfectly, it just wont charge. Ive taken it into apple and they said a board change was in order, i replaced the battery, and also tried different chargers etc, also changed the magsafe to no avail....
Chosen Solution i’m having the same problem with 2008 / 3.1 works for a while then cuts all power to the the cpu, light stays on at the front and the graphics can fan goes into overdrive, but there seems to be no power to the main body , also noticed that the psu fan stops working. i have run apple hardware test and it all seems ok . sometimes it stays booted for hours other times it just cuts out at the end of a reboot....

Chosen Solution Hello, I was replacing my LB/RB bracket and the wires for the right hand side vibrator came out. Can I use glue to reattach these or do I need to buy a soldering iron? One image is how it should look. Cheers Find a mobile phone repair shop. They should resolder the wires back on for you. Save you buying an iron if you don’t need one. Get people coming into our work asking to solder all sorts....
Chosen Solution Sooo, I wanted to change my iPhone 8 screen and managed to (somehow) spill rubbing alcohol on the LCD shield plate on my new screen and now the touch is not working on that area (in an horizontal line from that area). I am now wondering that if I change LCD shield plate, if that would fix the touch issue. To be clear, the only area on the new screen not working is horizontal line, the rest is working fine....

My computer has too many viruses and is much slower than it was even a year ago, so I decided to wipe it. I went to Recovery settings to delete all files and wipe computer. It said something like ‘this should only take a few minutes before you’re computer restarts’. So it got to 100% and initiated the restart....
Chosen Solution So me and my mom went to Target and saw a Tv on sale for about $250 so we bought it was 43 inches and we got home plugged it up and it had a little bit of a foggy tint in one area of the screen. It now has a foggy layer over the whole screen and we can not find a fix for the tv screen....
Chosen Solution 1999 saub 93 convertible: ignition turned off but radio remains on. Yup, it’s by design. It’s so that you can keep listening even when the engine is turned off I suppose the radios power lead is directly wired to the battery current. Find a cable that is triggered by the ignition (e.g. the lightswitch) and wire it to that. A piece of metal covering over the key hole has maybe been pushed inside the ignition....

I have good brakes because my mechanic checked them. christy, it means one or more of the following, the brake fluid is low, the parking brake lever is either up or the circuit for the parking brake switch is shorted, or if the battery light is also on, the car needs a new alternator. Also check your rear brake lights and make sure they are all functioning....

This may be setting up a condition where it will trip the RCD. Having every option “selected” (as it appears to be to me from your video) may be overloading the RCD....
Chosen Solution My system started having problems last night, when my fan stopped running under OS-X. I restarted, and booted off a live linux CD, and the fan worked. So I held down the power button to go back to OS-X. The booting got stuck on a blue screen. I’ve tried rebooting in safe mode (goes through the safe mode and straight to the blue screen), resetting PRAM, going into the single user boot and using the fsck command to check my hard drive (it’s ok), and anything else I could find....

Sometimes it takes only few seconds, but sometimes it’s so annoying, because it’s like flashing, and in real it looks like the left side is on full brightness while the right one remains on that level what I picked. I just realized when I opened a navigator, because these lines don’t show on black/white background. I tried to reboot and nothing happened. Chosen Solution This past weekend my mbp became sluggish to the point that I thought some type of malware had infected it. It would crash restart when I would launch Firefox. Luckily I had my data backed up. I ran the hardware diagnostics and everything came back fine. No issues. I reloaded the OS (without wiping the drive) but I still had the same problem. One thing that I did notice is that I would have to restart my mbp multiple times to get it to boot, it would not play the startup sound....
Chosen Solution My device is having trouble connecting to my Wi-Fi network. The network and password have not changed. If the device is not connecting to the Wi-Fi, the connection might be slow. Place your device closer to the router for better speed. If there is no wifi connection at all, uninstall the driver and restart your device. Chosen Solution My 18-55mm lens won’t auto focus and won’t take an accurate meter reading. My telephoto lens works fine. Bought a new 18-55 and doesn’t work, either! In the camera instead of the lens? I’m not familiar with this camera, but on compact digitals there is usually a focusing lens immediately in fromt of the sensor. This is moved up and down by a leadscrew driven by a motor. In one case I saw (a heavily used Canon SX200IS Canon PowerShot SX200 IS Lens Disassembly) the thread was worn out on a brass insert in the focusing lens carrier, making it impossible to focus
Chosen Solution Hi, I have a dell desktop that will not recognize the keyboard but it will recognize the mouse. It will turn on the num lock light. Windows just won’t listen to it. I checked the ram and replaced the cmos battery and thatngot the mouse working , but nothing else, and yes the keyboard does work. Check your drivers, Control panel>hardware and sound> Device Manager In Device manager there will be a tab Keyboard, check if it is up to date....
