Chosen Solution it will load in a different mac and also with install disk with c-key pressed . it will go past an thought setup Once booted from the install disk run Tools->Disk Utility->Disk First Aid:Repair Permissions, then Disk Repair. Try to boot. If it wont do a safe (shift) boot. Since it will load in a different mac you could have an extension problem, a corrupt font or preference. Safe boot should get you around those....

Chosen Solution Window on driver’s side doesn’t go up when pressed to do so. There are a lot of reasons for the window not going up . Start with the simplest first , check the fuses and relays for the power windows . Next the regulator may be broken. If you can hear the window motor but there is no movement this is the problem . It could also be that the window has become dislodged from its mounting track and is jammed in place....

The back is heating up so I know it’s charging. The sleep button does not work.. but I have been able to reset it before. can someone please help?? Chosen Solution Phone worked fine this morning….took out micro SD card for something. When I plug charger in, the little light comes on then moments later it will say what percent of charge it has. Moments after that, screen goes blank and stays that way. Nothing when plugged into PC either…HELP…the closest town is 25 miles away…much farther since no car. I think what your saying is your battery ran out and your phone shut down....

Chosen Solution Would this work press hard on the back of the phone on a flat surface to pop it back in. If the iPhone has been thrown and the screen is popped out all over the screen I highly advise you against that. So many things can be broken this way, internally, if the screen is pushed in an the wrong angle, or something like shattered glass is stuck underneath....

Chosen Solution Hi, recently when travelling with my laptop in my bag it must have experienced some sort of blunt trauma. Along the top of my trackpad has sunken. Chosen Solution Broke it and epoxy isn’t helping. Need a professional suggestion on the material to use to fix the broken part as well maintain the functionality to have a movable part. If any plastic adhesives aren’t working then sugru is definately worth a look, afterall the part that moves is the 2 points in either side of the side-circle from what I can see.

When the foot pedal is depressed the electronic beeper beeps and lights flash but the sewing machine doesn’t sew- I tried suggestions from Singer site but it didn’t solve the problem. No sewing Machine repair in this area. The Singer Athena will do this when the bobbin is threaded backwards… Sometimes it will sew for a few stitches - bunch the threads and then stop....

Chosen Solution How do I get my project out of the machine? sometimes lifting the foot up and turning the needle control forward and backward (not actually piercing the work), whilst you “gently” pull your work out is enough so that you can cut any unwanted cotton holding the work on the machine. This type of jam usually happens when the machine is working in the same spot, not advancing. You may want to check on the serrated “lifters”....

Chosen Solution Anytime I record audio on my device or use any app that requires the microphone and play it back, I get no audio. I know it’s not my speaker because I can still listen to music, but as soon as I try to record audio, I hear nothing. Your microphone may be worn out and need replacing. Chosen Solution I have a Whirpool WED8500DC1 it’s only 4 years old and now it won’t heat. I changed the thermistor and checked the everything with a ohm meter, heater element, thermal fuse and everything else I have no clue what else it could be just need some help I got it all figured out the electrician that came and installed it but both breakers on the same phase so all it was getting was 110 to both sides I moved the breaker up one space and now it’s getting 240 volt and dryer is working just fine
