Chosen Solution I have a iphone 6s plus and it will not take a charge. If I use a new battery it works fine, but will not charge. I tried a new charge port and battery and newest update. I also tried many different apple charge cords. Nothing works. Any Ideals? U2 Tristar charging IC needs to be replaced, only people that do micro-soldering can do it. Maybe you can find a Mobile Phone repair shop near you that offers this service....

Chosen Solution Ive had my phone for about 4 months and it seems good still but I just noticed last night that my phone wont charge and it cant keep the battery life very long. Hi, Have you tried a different compatible charger, charging cord or even connecting it to a computer via an appropriate USB cable to see if the phone charges? If it still doesn’t charge, use a strong light and a magnifying glass to visually inspect the charge port in the phone for any lint etc....

Chosen Solution OK so when I turn it on the green light will work then it just shut off and none of the lights work,but if I press the button again the red light will come on and if you press it again then the process starts over. What do I do? The most common cause is overheating, clear the air ports and turn off the system using the power switch in the rear....

Chosen Solution My 6 plus works fine on wifi. When I install my sim, it realizes that it is an ATT sim, but the network status in the settings reads “Not Available”. I have done all suggested troubleshooting techniques I could find online including resetting network setting, restoring phone, and checking carrier settings. I even took the phone apart to check for broken antennas, but everything looks fine. I am now considering replacing the logic board with hope that it will fix the issue....

Chosen Solution I had an iphone 6 for about a year or so and it has seen better days. The phone is currently missing a screen, front cam and a home button. On top of that, the battery shorts out (charges to 100% then dies 10 seconds off the charger). Is it possible to replace all these things and maybe revive the phone? Or is it completely done for? There is still pictures, numbers, notes and stuff on that phone....

The connectors look the same but the intel card has Bluetooth on it as well, would this be an issue? I run nothing but windows on my imac now. Chosen Solution I have more than one of these phones and would like to be able to use them. However, none of my local providers say they can use it: ATT, Cingular, etc. Any suggestions? There are 2 versions of this phone. One version is GSM. I am not sure if this is a 2G GSM or 3G GSM. If it is a 2G GSM, you may need to ask T-Mobile or any company that uses T-Mobile Towers....

Chosen Solution I replaced the stop-working screen (the old screen did not shatter but just could not display anything but some vertical and horizontal lines) on my iPad Air 2 WiFi and Cellular using the screen replacement kit bought from iFixit. After the replacement, the new screen worked fine except that I did not migrate the magnetic sensor correctly (guess my soldering skill was not good enough) so the iPad could not go to sleep with the case lid closed or when I pressed the sleep/power button on the top but I guessed I could live with that....

Chosen Solution I have a 2003 YUKON DENALI XL. My speedometer is stuck on 30 Mph and the gas hand is not moving stuck on a little less than 1/4. Chosen Solution Battery system is low Hi Gordon I’m thinking your CMOS battery needs to be changed. Once you open the case, you’ll find a small “button” battery on the motherboard very shiny about the size of a nickel. Pop it out carefully and replace with a new one. That’s it!

Chosen Solution I put the new battery in 2/20/18. Charged it 3/4 full all worked fine,Sat,Sun, & got very low & battery showed about 8% charged. Today is 2/22/18 & it cut off early so I charged it for about 2 hours to a full charge. Now it cuts off after about 10 seconds into a call or checking messages,or safari .love my kit & want to keep trying till ifixit....

Chosen Solution should i be able to rotate the power steering pulley by hand ? i keep snapping the serpentine belt Certainly it should rotate all of the time with the belt on it, with the engine running. The power steering pump does not cycle on and off like the air conditioning compressor. The power steering pump pulley rotates by hand when not installed but may encounter resistance when installed because you will be pumping fluid through the steering system....

I decided to clean the logic board again when I installed a new trackpad cable a few days ago. Upon reinstalling, the display doesn’t work. I am able to use the computer fine with an external monitor. I can’t figure out if it’s a problem with the display socket on the logic board or if I should purchase a new replacement display....
