Chosen Solution My MacBook Pro m1 2020’s Touch Bar has a hairline damage happened. Only left half of my Touch Bar is functioning properly. Right half of my touch bar along with my touch id button is not working now. My question is, if I get my Touch Bar replaced with newer one, will my existing Touch ID button work with newer Touch Bar if you have good replacement parts, it should be fine PLEASE NOTE: touch id will no longer work due to it being paired to the logic board and can’t even be replaced with a touch id sensors for another macbook pro!...

Chosen Solution Earlier this year my battery stopped charging (I used a genuine Apple charger then) and I watched the power dwindle to 0% until it died. So I bought a replacement charger which didn’t help (60W). The Genius Bar said the left I/O board wasn’t picking up a charge from MagSafe connector so they replaced the board. Three months later it died again so I bought a left I/O board and just replaced it myself....

Try closing all open apps, by pressing the recent apps button on the bottom of the screen. Close the apps by swiping them to the right. Chosen Solution I recently replaced my hard drive with the 1TB hybrid drive from iFixit. I also upgraded the RAM from 4GB to 8GB. I’m a novice at this so I thought things went pretty well. Now my mac seems to instantly heat up and start running hot when I open photos. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. Thanks! On another note, it also seemed to be running extremely slow a couple of times when photos wasn’t open but I had a couple of webpages open....
